Physical Education

Swimming RaceSide by Side offers a variety of physical education activities, which help clients to improve their psycho-motor wellbeing as well as their time and space awareness. Physical activities promote healthy living and improve fine and gross motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and motivation. Clients learn discipline, team work and sportsmanship. Self-improvements in this area also mean an improved self confidence. Activities can include swimming, jogging or a variety of other sports, and occur at least twice a week as part of the full time special education programme.
